Holiday Menu

This is a simple stress free menu that you can use for any special occasion or fall/winter holiday. Most of the items you can make ahead like the Parsnip Mash, Cranberry Apple Sauce, marinate the kale and brine the turkey. So the actual day of your meal all you need to do is cook the turkey, warm the rest and assemble the salad.

This dinner menu promotes farm to table rustic meals. My kind of food. I hope it’s your kind of food too. I used to love to create these very elaborate menus for special occasions and dinner parties but for the most part these days I prefer the simple goodness of farm fresh ingredients prepared in a way that highlights that food and feels good.

Each item is a separate post so feel free to mix and match as you wish. The mash, kale, salad and sauce all have vegan versions as well so there is much versatility here.
