Go ahead and download the program so you can take a look at it, review the shopping list, see what you need to purchase and get yourself ready. Do adapt your shopping list according to whether you will use the vegan or other options. 

I will start the first reboot of 2020 on January 6th so you have the day ahead to prep the make ahead items. I'll be on the FB group with pictures and tips as I'm doing the prep. You'll only need a couple of hours; this is not a whole days prep. Start with me or whenever you can.
