Welcome to "Thriving Hormones," Fall Edition, a group program designed to support you, a womyn on your journey to hormone balance and wellness so you can get back to thriving instead of just surviving. So you can show up as your best self for yourself and your loved ones. So you have the energy, stamina, clarity, vitality and resilience to thrive in our ever-changing world, especially in your perimenopause and menopause phases.
This program offers a comprehensive approach to optimizing hormonal health and promoting overall well-being, hosted by Hormone Balance Specialist and Wisdom Keeper Johanna Thorn of I Live Vibrantly along with guest Sustainability Educator Camille Lebeuf of Bare Refillery.
Week 1
Laying the Foundation

Hormone Education

Gain insight into prevalent hormone imbalances and their accompanying symptoms and how you can support true harmony and balance.
Week 3
Vibrant Nutrition
Delve into the vital link between nutrition and hormonal balance. Discover how adopting a local, seasonal approach to eating combined with fasting specifically for women, tailored to your unique cycle, enhances your appearance, boosts productivity, fosters clarity, and energizes you. What you eat, how you eat it, when you eat it, how you pair your foods are relevant to how you experience yourself, your body and your life. Receive guided support in nutrition, and fasting cycles to optimize your well-being.
Week 4
Cyclical Nutrition & Movement
Discover how cycling foods in and out throughout the course of your cycle or the moon cycle can support your hormones to thrive. Each phase of your cycle or the moon cycle supports specific hormones and functions within our organs and systems. Certain foods can either support or hinder these functions. Learn how to use fasting as a tool to support each phase and its necessary functions. And when not to fast!
Discover how to move your body according to your cyclical nature. Our modern lives have removed us from the way our bodies are designed to move and be used. Together we dive into the changes during each phase of a cycle or moon phase and the best practices to support this.
Week 5
Sacred Lifestyle
Gain insight into the profound impact of your daily choices on hormone balance, recognizing how each decision either contributes to or disrupts your well-being. Explore the influence of your home environment on your hormones and nervous system. Understand how we are bombarded by toxins which disrupt hormones, in ways that might not be on your radar and the choices we can make to support ourselves to stay healthy and vibrant - including our hormones. We go deep on this one! Access valuable resources to empower you in making informed and supportive choices for optimal health.
Week 6
Divine Connection
Instead of dreading your cyclical nature, learn how to use it to fuel your life - its your superpower! Working with the phases of your cycle or the moon is where we get to step into that sweet spot of flow - in every area of our lives. It's time to reclaim our power and work/live cyclically. Connect deeply with your womb, become intimate with her and how she can suport you. Understanding and embodying the honor of being a womyn with cycles, and rites of passage is honourable, sacred - is how we create healthy dialogue, understanding and acceptance for the collective of sisterhood the world over and most importantly for the the future generations. Together we explore how to integrate everything you've learned into your life.

My passion is to support, guide and teach womyn how to come home to ourselves - to trust in ourselves and our body's innate wisdom. We are our own healers and medicine womyn.
Unfortunately we live in a time where we've become disconnected from this truth and from ourselves. We give away our power and control over our bodies to the "experts" instead of recognizing the expert is YOU. We've forgotten how to "speak" and understand the language our bodies use to communicate with us. How to be guided by the cycles of our Earth Mother. How to trust ourselves.
My role is as your guide on the path back to YOU. You are whole. You are complete. Your body is not wrong nor falling apart. It's trying to get your attention. Together we begin to unravel this lost language, the beauty and power of being a womyn.

My mission on this journey is to create a life for my family that is full of simple joys and lasting happiness. I want to constantly learn and teach others new ways to live more simply and sustainably.
Bringing Bare to life is the evolution of many years in the packaging industry where I saw the harmful effects of our society’s consumerism on our environment. Arriving here is also the result of learning about the lack of ingredient regulation in the products we use daily.
We are exposed to toxic ingredients constantly without being made aware and I hope to be a part in the change to a safer future for us all.
