  • Opening Ceremony: Passion Play

  • Module 1: Laying The Foundation -Returning to Cyclical Living Connected to our Earth Mother

    In this module, we will learn how to lay the foundations for our body to come into balance and thrive. We will be focusing on three areas: 

    • Sleep hygiene
    • Light/sun - what role do these play in hormone balance
    • Intro to women’s rhythm - cyclical living - seasonal, lunar, life phases, menstrual - how are these all connected
  • Module 2: Getting To Know Your Body

    This week, we will introduce you to your body in a way you may not have experienced before.

    • Meet Your Estrobolome - Gain insights into your microbiome, kidneys and bladder’s role in hormone regulation.
    • The Hormone Hierarchy - Discover the hierarchy of hormones and find out which one reigns supreme!
  • Module 3: Vibrant Nutrition

    This week we will begin to examine what vibrant nutrition looks like. This week we will begin to understand how to put our foods together in a way that supports us at a deep cellular level, supports a thriving microbiome, including our estobolome, and provides our body with everything it needs to be in harmony and balance. We’ll be focusing on the basics of:

    • Live Vibrantly Way of eating using Doc Wheelwright’s 5+5 foundation – works for all eating styles 
    • Introducing Fasting windows according to our phases or the moon phase (Note: even if you do not believe in nor choose to follow the moon as an energy source or guide as of yet I haven’t found anything else to replace it as a “clock or calendar” that relates to the cycles in our body’s so I invite you to use it only as such – a calendar)
  • Module 4: Cyclical Nutrition and Cyclical Movement

    This week we dive into the foods that specifically support us throughout the actual yearly seasons as well as the "seasons" of our cycles and a specific tool I call "Fat Cycling" which is deep nourishment for your cycle.  We will also be examining what cyclical mindful movement looks like and how to use it to support your body. We’ll be focusing on the basics of:

    • Seasonal nutrition what foods support us the most and when
    • Fat cycling what it is, why it's important and how to use it
    • Cyclical mindful movement is how to use your cycle or the moon as a guide to how you move your body. Just as you're learning with everything else there is a cycle that adjusts through four phases with movement. Using this supports your body on a cellular level and your body responds with love in return. I'll be sharing my favourite resource for learning how our bodies were designed to be moved and used. Understanding this helps us stay mobile, strong, flexible and injury-free no matter what age or phase of life we're in. 
  • Module 5: Sacred Lifestyle

    • Sacred Lifestyle - our environments, and habits either support us to thrive or puts extra stress on our health – both mental and physical 
  • Module 6: Divine Connection – Living Cyclically

    • Divine Connection - this relates to our own personal spirituality and connection to our soul - whatever that looks like for you. No matter what our beliefs are though, embedding ourselves into the natural world around us feeds and nourishes our spirituality. Cyclical living connects us to our own personal divine connection. 
    • How to use your cycles to fuel your life
